How is it even possible that a year has gone by already? We had a beautiful day, just like the day she was born. I was so excited to be able to have her birthday party on her actual birthday that I didn't realize that it was on father's day! Either way we had a great day (even if Daddy, Papa, and to a lesser extent Uncle Chris overimbibed after the party!) LOL! That's ok, it was father's day after all. We had a great little party and Dominic thoroughly enjoyed opening Samantha's presents.
The great thing about summer birthdays I discovered is that you can have the cake outside! That is so nice. Samantha in her typical fashion would only really eat the cake if I was holding the plate up to her. What was the one gift that she really seemed to love? The Periwinkles box of course! She's such a princess!
